Morning all,
This question relates to a problem that will more than likely get resolved in the next 24 hours anyway, but I believe that it's ridiculous that I need to wait that long particularly with a company as big as Adobe.
I have purchased the Adobe Export PDF package, as I only need to export a few PDF's per year to edit in Word, and after going through the subscribe process I received an email saying that "my transaction is being processed and I will be notified when completed within 24 hours." However, until then I have no access to the functionality that I require, which I require today!
How is it that my local Pizza shop can approve a credit card transaction immediately, yet it's going to take 24 hours for a global company like Adobe to achieve the same feat?
I purchase and resubscribe to multiple other pieces of software, on Windows 64-bit system, and get instant access after the credit card transaction is approved. Am I doing something wrong here? I have tried to access the software functionality through the document cloud but get the same redirect to the pricing page.
I'm hoping that this is simply something I'm doing wrong, or that the approval email will come through soon (been waiting over an hour now though), but any help or guidance would be appreciated.
Maybe I'll order a pizza whilst I wait as I know it will be here in a quicker time!
