Adobe Fresco "code 191"

Hello evervyone,

I want to install Adobe Fresco over a Creative Cloud, but at 90% it crashes. Code 191.I read the fixes and tips on the adobe website. I tried everything and still do the same thing over and over again. I'm really desperate. I want to ask for help. Please.

Jirka, did you implement the solutions listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/kb/fix-error-code-191-when-installing-xd.html to resolve Error 191?  Adobe XD uses the Universal Windows Platform to complete the download and install process.  This means its installation ability is greatly affected by any pending updates to the Windows Store and the operating system.

Great point, Abambo! The error messages in the log are regarding an inability to complete the UWP uninstall process, so the troubleshooting steps should be similar.
