It seems that Fuse CC - as a beta version -  is only available to download from creative cloud desktop located in the UK or US - if your settings are another language / location, you just don't see any Fuse CC install icon in creative cloud desktop - a real SHAME !

this is what's currently available to dl without using the cc desktop app.
