Well have I got news for Paranoid Adobe Corporation.

The automatic startup file which all recent installations (or re-installations) of Adobe products  put into Windows 10's Startup Folder

Adobe CG Invoker Utility

Has a HORRIFIC FATAL CONFLICT with Microsoft Office 365's (and 2016)'s  OUTLOOK PROGRAM.

When "Adobe CG Involker Utility" is ENABLED,  Outlook stalls, often for minutes at a time,  at its "Loading Profile" screen.

When you DISABLE that useless "utility,"  Outlook loads instantly.

The Internet (Office help pages and forums) are DRIPPING with people going nuts about Outlook hanging on booting.

ITS YOUR FAULT, SO,  I'm writing a letter to Microsoft suggesting that "discuss this little issue" with YOU.

Your "attitude" is clearly,  Adobe doesn't care about collateral damage it causes, as long as it "protects it's I.P."  EVEN FROM USERS WHO HAVE PAID A FORTUNE OVER THE YEARS TO ADOBE.  Pathetic, now that you're owned by a Wall Street hedge fund.

Emeryberk, sorry you are facing errors utilizing Adobe software.  I am sorry but I am not familiar with the Adobe CG Invoker Utility.  Which Adobe software titles do you currently have installed on the computer?  What operating system are you using the Adobe software on?

I'm new here, just beginning to experiment with Microsoft's latest Outlook.exe config.  I am running the 2018 versions of Elements, both Photoshop and Premiere.  I just began trying to figure out how to disable a utility I had previously set up in Elements which automatically detects an Android phone and tries to run the Photo Downloader.  Under previous version of Windows, this process was much faster, but now the download screen comes up and sits forever trying to reach the media on my phone.  I got it starting automatically, and now I can't figure out how to disable it within the Adobe software suite I have installed on Windows 10 1803 latest patches on an intel X64 processor.

I just disabled ACGInvoker utility in my startup sequence using a Norton performance tool.  and had previously disabled another Adobe startup item, both trying to stop the Photo Downloader from coming up every time I plug my phone into a USB port.  (When I'm at my screen, having the phone on a "charger" via USB 2.0 cable can be quite helpful)

I would like an explanation of how I'm supposed to tell the "automatic photo downloader utility" to go away and only come back when I call for it from Elements "file" menu.

Settings, Apps, Startup in Windows 10 will let you shut it down.
