Adobe genuine software varification failure

Hello.

I'm try to install Adobe Design & Web Premium CS6 of KMUTNB license in the university network (i'm staff of KMTNB email:<e-mail removed by Moderator>).

When the installer installed about 10% it show message "adobe genuine software varification failure. The product you are trying to install is not an adobe genuine software and appears to be counterfeit." and stop install.

Please resolve my problem.

The Verification does not recognize the proper email address, used to sign-on the membership.The verification is trying to use an old account, which no longer exists, instead of the one established, for the membership, which is valid. I need Adobe CS6, it can't wait for trouble-shooting issues to keep arising. I made the mistake of recycling the original disks, thinking it was already replaced with a new version and corrupted, due to a hard disk crash. I need this software NOW and it's too costly, to purchase the boxed version, without a educational discount. I may use that discount in the future, but this project can't wait.
