Adobe Genuine Software Verification Failure (it's claiming the source is counterfeit) Please Help!!!!!

I purchased Photoshop CS6 a couple of years ago. This morning it prompted me that my trial has expired...called in and got NO help, just passed along to someone different. I uninstalled and reinstalled...now am getting the error message: Adobe Genuine Software Verification Failure (it's claiming the source is counterfeit) Please Help!!!!!
