Adobe have run out of hard drive space?

Been trying to get an answer to a simple question with adobe support all morning and still no solution.
Then I get this email back...

Adobe doesn't e-mail you except for promotional mails when you gave permission. Those mail addressees are used one way. All support works via their support interface.

Hi,

This email address doesn't accept mails .You need to contact Adobe by chat or Phone or ask your question here .

Then adobe maybe shouldn't be emailing me from it asking account questions!
