Adobe Illustrator asking to buy it now

hi, i have paid for the latest adobe cloud all app plan and am able to download illustrator but unable to open it up with it coming up saying that i have to 'buy it now' and then when i click on buy it now it just comes up with 'error'. im really struggling because i have all of my work on illustrator and am unable to access it. as well as spending alot of time and money on adobe you would expect it to work.
