Adobe Illustrator CC 2018 will not download after purchase; did not receive error message

Good morning,

I purchased Adobe Illustrator CC 2018. I received my confirmation email for my purchase. However, Illustrator would not download. I did have Illustrator 2017 on my computer before and I'm wondering could it have prevented me from downloading Illustrator 2018. I am new to this. If someone could please advise me on what I should do, I would be grateful. Thank you.

Hi Jballrollins1,

I see you have an active Creative Cloud single app subscription for Illustrator. If you are getting a trial error, please make sure you are signed in with correct Adobe ID. Also, please follow the steps shared in the link for help: Stop Adobe Creative Cloud from opening in trial mode after purchase

Dear ohmnath,

Thank you for responding to my inquiry. On my computer is is still saying its the trial version. I know I purchased the application because I received the confirmation # by email. At this time Im not sure if it continue on after the trial version is over. I dont want to have to pay for it again. Please advise if you can. Thanks again.
