Adobe Illustrator CC stuck at 92%

For some reason my update for Illustrator got stuck at 92% of the update for more than 20 hours.  I meant to stop the update and start again but I ended uo uninstalling the app which is not what I intended.  How do I get it back?  Also, all the other updates are stalled and "waiting"

If you are not able to update your Illustrator apps to the latest version and you have uninstalled it, please refer the below link to install the latest version of Illustrator.

I am running the latest version of Mac OS X 10.12.3 operating system.  But many of the Adobe updates are stuck "waiting" to download.  Some downloaded right away but many are stalled.  Any reason you tell why this is happening from past experience?
