When trying to update Adobe Illustrator CS6 Update (version 16.0.4) I get this message: Installation failed. Error Code: U44M1P7

I've tried going to the web site and downloading manually but I get the same message.

Any luck with this? I love my desktop version but I know they want us to do cloud? I just updated my Mac (Big Sur) and my most recent Illustrator version will not work. Any patches or recommendations or how to upate it to work? Thanks!!

big sur supports no 32 bit apps so you'll need a 64 bit ai. ie, you probably have a 32 bit ai installed (which was compatible with older os'es), but after upgrading your os, you won't be able to run that 32 bit ai. ie, uninstall that ai, and install the 64 bit ai.

I did and it said it only keeps invoice history for 3 years but that I can contact Customer Support if further back. My adobe id should be my email address to which the invoice was emailed, right?
