adobe illustrator for teams vs individuals

So i am trying to save some cost here as the OP Manager, my business is using 2 AI for teams license.  Can it be explained to me what is the benefit of team over individual?  Can i use the individual license to save some cost?

    Thank you.  I might have saw that with a business you are required to user the Team Lic, do you know if that is correct or can individual lic be used

    a business can use one (or many) single-user licenses for each employee needing access to the programs.
