Adobe Installer Error Code 1 Help

I've attempted to download the Adobe Photoshop CS5 and CS6 for my laptop, but this error keeps coming up. I have keys for both (I have a Student version of CS5 and a key from a friend who has CS6 Business and has 5 keys and gave one to me) , but the program is not working and keeps coming up with this error. I have no idea what this error is and its reoccurring and very frustrating, please help!!
