habe soeben Lightroom 6.14 installiert und wollte es mit meiner erworbenen Seriennummer, auf meinem neuen PC, aktivieren. Jetzt steht allerdings folgendes im Fenster:
Den alten PC habe ich nicht mehr. Was kann ich machen?

in the chat field, type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
request an "activation count" reset
ask for nothing else or they may refuse to help, at all.
