Adobe Muse Won't Download!

A few weeks ago, Muse stopped opening and said that I needed to uninstall it. So I did. But in my attempts to redownload the software from the site, I still haven't received it. When I go onto the site and click download, the screen says that Adobe Muse is downloading, but it actually isn't. I've tried multiple browsers, and the same thing happens. How do I get the software? Can anybody help?

    Hi Rochellep98925084,

    As you have mentioned that on the website it shows Adobe Muse is downloading now but nothing happens on your machine, i would recommend you to check if the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app is installed on your machine or not, if it is installed then it should be up and running in order to install a CC Application.

    Kindly check in All Programs/Applications folder of your machine and launch the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app and then install Adobe Muse through it , see Download and install Creative Cloud apps.

    If it fails to launch or gives an error then follow the troubleshooting steps shared here: "Failed to install" error received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app .
