Adobe PCD - SLStore

My laptop reports the error 16. In "Configuration error | CC, CS", it says in Step 2 Set Permissions: "In File Explorer, right-click the Adobe PCD or the SLStore folder, and select Properties".
But where can i find the Adobe PCD or the SLStore folder in File Explorer?
