If you bought it recently, you would have been deceived.
The version is too old and is no longer available.

If you want to use it from now on, choose a photography plan or a Photoshop single plan.

Software often stops working after a year or two. So it was a very high risk to buy 15 year old software!!

Unfortunately, you've wasted your money on a dead product which will not work. Hope you can get a refund.

Sorry... that is a completely dead product

The CS3 and earlier activation server has been removed from service
-So even if you have a disc or saved download, CS3 and earlier are completely dead
-Adobe also no longer supplies the special non-activation version of CS3 or CS2
