Adobe Photoshop Elements 13 Serial number.

Good morning,
I have a legal version of photoshop elements 13.
Registered on Adobe.com in 2014.
The program has stopped working.
This serial number cannot be verified. Support says they no longer support this version. What can I do?

Support is correct, the ONLY thing support will do is re-set your activation count if your computer dies and you can't DE-activate yourself

What is your operating system?

Has your OS done an update between working and not working?

I have the exact same problem : my computer died but my serial number does show up when i login on the Adobe account. Any solution to this problem ?

if you're seeing an unable to verify your serial number message, what os are you using and does you default browser support tls 1.2?

PS Elements 13 is very old software from 10 years ago.  Computers and software have changed a lot since then.

The current PS Elements version is 2023 and contains many, many improvements.  You can try before you buy.
