I am trying to re-download Photoshop Elements 14 on my MacBook, although since I no longer have a disk drive, I have to resort to downloading the program from my account. However Photoshop Elements does not show up on my account, and under the plans tab I get an error that reads "Unable to load data" within my products. What do I do from here? I don't want to buy an external DVD drive.

I purchased it at Best Buy back in 2016. And yes, I registered it. For some reason, it is not under "order history", but it shows up under "my products", now that the error is gone. But I still have the issue of not being able to download it from my account page. When I try to download it from the elements page, my only options are 2019 and 2020.

I hit reply to the other post and it replied here. I don't know how that happened.

I did. They did not even connect me to someone after 2 and a half hours. I gave up waiting after that time.

Elements 14 is very old software. And since you bought it at Best Buy dept store, you don't have a digital download direct from Adobe. You need to use the disks you purchased. Short of borrowing a friend's computer with an optical reader to transfer the installers to a USB drive, I don't know what more to suggest.

I find that kind of strange, as I actually did have digital download directly from adobe through my account thanks to the product key. It's just now when I need it again, it's gone. I might just get another computer altogether. Thanks.

Try using a different browser like Chrome or Firefox that accepts cookies and does not have script blockers and elevated security settings. If you get a new computer, stay away from Catalina. It won't run 32-bit apps.
