i have Adobe Photoshop Elements 2023. since the latest imac update , i get the error code 11. is there a patch or link i can dowload to overcome this. I have contacted Adobe support but have had no reply

Christopher, I'm sorry you can't reinstall Photoshop Elements 2023. What happened to the previous installation that caused you to reinstall it?

The issue occurred after the Mac update. When my Mac rebooted PS ELEMENTS failed to load,
I did not uninstall PS ELEMENTS ,it just failed to load after the Mac update.
When I tried to open PS ELEMENTS, the message was as follows.
‘Please uninstall and reinstall the product.’
i cannot find the link to reinstall PS ELEMENTS

i encountered code 11 directly after the imac update. i uninstalled PS ELEMENTS as instructed and rebooted the mac .no other files or programes were afected .

i keep going round in circles , i will leave Adobe and use Pixelmator . it cant be too hard for Adobe to have a link to reload a puchased product from 2023

When I put in my serial number . The message reads “This serial number is already in use”
When I click on activated devices the message reads “You have no activated devices”
When I click on Orders and invoices the message reads “We didn’t find any orders associated with your account.”
So how do I reload my product

you can't unless you can deactivate from a computer with an activation.
