Adobe Photoshop instalo un programa en mi pc

Tras instalar photoshop en el panel de control me sale una aplicacion llamada Intel(r) c++ redistributables. Alguien puede decirme que es y que hace? Ya que mi procesador es amd. A parte, puedo desinstalarlo?

Even though you don't have Intel, you likely have a program that needs that application installed for it to run properly.

Do not uninstall it.
