Hi there
I still do not understand the policy of Adobe. Still there is the problem of installing applications through the Creative Cloud. I have to spend hours trying to get the right consultation in the chat. It seems that these dudes deliberately sabotage the sale of applications. There was not a single lucky chance that I downloaded the application without any hindrance. Constantly pops up error 117. No application distributor ever has such a problem. Only the Adobe.
Now I spend time to update AME. Definitely through the creativity clouds there is no chance! Does someone can help where to find the AME direct link download version 11.1.2?

Marat I am sorry that you continue to face difficulties with installing Adobe Media Encoder. Error 117 occurs when the computer is facing network connectivity or stability issues. This is why the download is failing.
If you have already tried the steps listed in Error 117 occurred during download then can you please update this public forum discussion with the type of network environment you are downloading in. Are you downloading the software on a home network or is the network managed by an organization?
You can find an older version of Adobe Media Encoder available fro direct download at Download Creative Cloud apps. To obtain the current version though it will be necessary to correct the connectivity failure.
Finally, Marat you indicated you spoke with a member of our support team. Do you have a case number from your interaction that I can reference?

Hey, there! Who will be able to give an answer regarding promised AME 11.1.2.? It seems some werewolves penetrated the adobe servers and uploaded a mysterious version 11.1.2 without management sanctions, which stops downloading on 16%. Guys, in a word, do not try to download this pseudo version, dudes from India need to work out the salary by fooling your heads! See, "support" says my phone unavailable current. A blatant lie!
