Adobe Portfolio says H5P URL or iframe embed code both invalid. How can an H5P.com interactive video (which runs fine if URL is pasted in a web browser) be included in Adobe Portfolio please?

I don't think it's supported.  Does H5P give you an iframe embed code to use?  If not, it won't work with PF.  The best you can do is insert a screenshot on your site that links out to your video on another site.  Or do what most people do and switch to YouTube or Vimeo embed codes which are supported in PF.  See link below for details.
