Adobe Portfolio Navigation Bar

I am currently using the "Rose" template in Portfolio. Since it is a sidebar in a completely segregated frame, I'm wondering if there is a way to lock it in place, so when you scroll down a page the navigation container does not disappear but remains in place? Put another way, can one scroll the main content container without affecting the navigation container (so that it always remains visible)?

No.  Fixed navigation doesn't work well with sidebars.  It gets in the way of content.

If you want fixed navigation, use a different theme with navbars on top like the Marta theme.
