Adobe Portfolio

Soo I have Premiere Pro which allows me to have an Adobe Portfolio account. I've been showcasing my work on Portfolio for the past few months and it's fine.

Recently I went on to upload some new stuff and it's only giving me the option to create a new cite, as if I don't already have a cite. However, when I type in my website handle it comes up, and the account works fine. So it does indeed exist, but from an editing persepctive it doesn't. I'd really like to upload new work, and this has never happened before... Any thoughts?

I hope you got everything sorted by now but just in case you didn't,  log out of Creative Cloud and log in again with your paid Adobe ID and password.
