Hi, I purchased the Adobe Premier TWICE and CANNOT download it, can I have some Tech support...Got the email saying get into your account and go to "my Purchase" but cannot even access that and it is all in German! I tried to change to English but it is still in GERMAN. Can you PLEASE help?

please try to sign out, then delete your browser's cookies plus cache and sign in back again.
Make sure that a) you don't use any script blocking extensions (such as NoScript) and b) your
browser allows placing cookies.
