Adobe Premiere CC 2015 missing from previous version download?

I just rebuilt my PC and I am ready to install the Creative Cloud but I have to be on CC2015.2 to maintain compatibility with several other machines that cannot be updated. Since CC2018 release I can no longer find this version in the creatve cloud manager....it simply lists CC2017 and CC which is an older version? I tried using the CC packager to access the older version but it appears to be missing from there as well. So....how do I install the 2015 version at this point? And why did it go away all of a sudden?

Thanks in advance as this is very frustrating.

it seems like an adobe error hopefully to be fixed soon.  adobe's aware of the issue.

some programs are available by direct download now.  others will be available later per adobe.

Single user licensee downloadable installation files available:

Updates

  • Download and installation help for Adobe links

  • Download and installation help for Prodesigntools links are listed on most linked pages.  They are critical; especially steps 1, 2 and 3.  If you click a link that does not have those steps listed, open a second window using the Lightroom 3 link to see those 'Important Instructions'.

And a big thank you to Jim @ Prodesigntools for helping me with these links!
