any1 got any idea what is causing that!? I also tried to install creative suite cs5.5 but i got same errors... i'm trying to install trial version

I'm on windows 7 ultimate sp1 x64

Not for all software we do have a cleaner tool but you should always use the proper method of uninstalling first.  The cleaner tool is only designed for installations which can not be removed through normal methods.


problem is solved I unistalled completely all adobe products from my computer with windows 7 managers advanced unistaller and reg tool! I deleted all adobe folders and keys from registers with adobe name. So the problem was, i think, with old adobe creative suite cs5.5 old files (failure once, which i tried install before) that can't be overwrited or something...so the solution for this is to make sure that creative suite cs5.5 or any other adobe product is 100% removed from computer, after that clean up computer with ccleaner or other tools and after rebooting reinstall adobe product as administrator. Thats how i did it and seems that premiere pro and photoshop is working, atleast they are loading up and not crashing! Also update is working fine.

4uvak1991 I would recommend you try running the Adobe Support Advisor.  It will analyze your log file and provide possible solutions.  If those solutions still fail then there is also an option to package for support.  If you can respond to this thread with the token number I will be happy to review your install logs.  I would still recommend following any solutions offered by Adobe Support Advisor first though.

well 1st error cpsid_83572r4: Error committing command when installing - Creative Suite 5.5. Adobe Support Advisor redirects me to the http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/835/cpsid_83572.html and the solution is basic reinstallation - i already done it. Didn't help

2nd error cpsid_90243r4: Error DW020 or DW050 occurs during installation - Creative Suite 5.5, Flash CS5.5, Flash Builder 4.5. Adobe Support Advisor redirects me to thehttp://kb2.adobe.com/cps/902/cpsid_90243.html and it says "Solutions -You can ignore this error and launch the products you were installing." The problem is that the whole software isn't installed even, so i can't launch premiere. So thete is no help at all in those sites. I'd like to know what i causing this problem....i never had this kin problem before and also i just reinstalled my windows...
