Hi,
I just installed the Adobe Application Manager, for the Adobe Creative Cloud, and downloaded the Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 Family software. After it downloaded, it read: Extracting Files...
After a few minutes, it then read: Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 Family Installation Failed
Unable to extract files. Press Retry to download again or contact customer support. (EX20)
I have retried several times with no success. Please help.

yes, you just have to login with Adobe id and passsword when asked for.

Dwonload the Trial and then install teh software.

If I were to download and install the trial version, would my Adobe Creative Cloud account register it as active?
