getting to the stage were I am going to cancel all adobe products or get rid of the iMac they seem to be incompatible - all creative suite apps continually causing the Mac to crash or just go into melt down - tried apple support they say its adobe tried adobe they say its apple - anyone got any cure for this 2K Onan iMac and £60 a month for creative suite and both a complete and utter waste of money as it stands - yes I have updated everything and have plenty of ram and cleared cashes etc

Interesting. If we take "latest creative suite 2017 iMac " as meaning "latest Creative Suite" on a "2017 iMac" that would be CS6, now about 7 years old. However, the threat to "cancel" suggests it isn't Creative Suite at all but Creative Cloud.  Who knows?

Instead of throwing "latest" and "just updated" at us, please give some actual version numbers. A lot of problems happen because updates fail.

The answers are in the details.

Which operating system are you running?

What is your hardware configuration?

Which exact versions of which Adobe apps are you running?

Please provide version details. "Latest" does not tell us much.

Which exact versions of which Adobe apps are you running?
