Adobe PS - license restrictions

A question from the client (user Adobe PS, a cheap plan for photographers).

Is it allowed to use this cheap plan for commercial purposes, to profit in the organization. Is there a direct clause in the license agreement regulating and prescribing the use of this cheap plan only for personal non-commercial purposes? We can only recommend the Value Incentive Plan (VIP) to the PS Plan CC, costing $ 430 at end-user prices. Which can not compete for a price with a cheap plan for photographers available on adobe.com

You question is not clear. The Photoshop CC205/2017 and Lightroom monthly subscription plan costs around £10 a month in the UK and presumably similar amounts in other territories. Artwork and images you produce with this software (assuming you own the original images) are your copyright and you own them, and you can do what you like with them.

My question relates specifically to Value Incentive Plan (VIP) for enterprises. Only this type of subscription is realized in Russia through resellers, which I represent. Its cost is $ 430 per year for the end user and includes any of Adobe's applications, but only 1. The question is precisely the validity of using a cheap plan for photographers worth about $ 120 per year, I include PS and Lr. Can my client continue to use this cheap plan in his organization for doing business, which is targeted at individual users, but not by organizations (companies). Is this lawful? Is there a violation of the license agreement here? If the violation is present, I would like to get a link to this paragraph in the license agreement that regulates the use of a cheap plan for photographers and explicitly prohibits the use of this subscription for commercial purposes in enterprises.
