I am an english speaker living in Hong Kong. I bought adobe yearly creative plan 3 years ago, and I need to update my payment info to renew my yearly subscription. I  am prompted to go to the adobe shop page to edit my payment information. But this page is only accessible in chinese!? Why is there not an english version for Hong Kong adobe shop page? How are non chinese speakers residing in Hong Kong supposed to update their information accurately on a chinese only page?

Hey!

Thank you for your reply.

I understand, but english is the official language of Hong Kong with
chinese. While in japan, english is not an official language. Also, in HK,
the native language is cantonese, and adobe uses mandarin. Regardless,
thanks for the suggestion. I used google translate on the adobe shop page,
and was able to update my information after 20 minutes (which should have
taken only 2 minutes)

bontemi, good evening.
It seems that the native language of each region is used. Similarly in Japan, only Japanese HP is available.
There is a way to display in English as a trick. That means switching to English-speaking countries such as the US.

It takes a little time, but it can be displayed in English.
