Hey All, our business is wanting to move to more online-based design and one of those things is to offer our clients to rent kiosks from us and we would design and build the interactive kiosk presentation for each client. Can anything in the Adobe suite do this? Many thanks in advance!

Are you a skilled HTML, CSS and JavaScript coder?

If you can work with code, you can create a browser-based, interactive web app with Dreamweaver.

No, unfortunately, I'm not familiar with code. Hoping there was a simpler system I could use. Thanks for your reply however

OK.  Can you find out which technologies (programming languages) are supported by your Kiosk?  Most Kiosks use C++, HTML with browser APIs.  But before you choose the right software, you really need to know what flavor this has to be.
