Adobe Spark not working properly on PC or Mac

I have found lately adobe spark is not working properly on multiple browsers also PC and Mac. It is lagging and not syncing properly. The latest is the logos are appaearing blurry. I clear the cashe regularly and have tried multiple browsers. Does anyone have any answers?

Using the iPhone app is the only way at the moment to get the most out of spark.
