Hi,
I have the Adobe Student Licence and every time I open a program and even during the use of the program, creative cloud disconnects and the screen appears asking me to enter my email to connect my ID.
I've already deleted and re-installed the app 4 times but it's seems not to work.
I have searched on web problems like this but nothing compares.

Isn't the Adobe Student License installed on a shared PC such as a laboratory?
In ”How can our students use Adobe products during exams when Internet access is not allowed?”
This section states that you will need to log in once every four hours.
I've never heard that you'll be required to re-enter your email address each time you use a different license.

I have installed the licence on my personal computer
so I don't think this could be the problem..
