CS6 and earlier programs have not been tested and will not be updated for Mac El Capitan or later operating systems

-Apple did not maintain backward compatibility with old programs in El Capitan or Sierra

I have downloaded cs6 on my new system from a previous purchase. It appears most of the apps int he Master CS have downloaded but the ones I actually need Adobe PS, ID, Illustrator, and a few others. I was on a chat window with customer service but to complete the download it required me to close my browser. I did that after she assured me everything would work from there but now when i try to return to chat, I keep getting the "go to forums" message. The error I am getting is that I need to download the adobe support advisor to continue but I can't seem to find where that is, everything sends me to the forums.

Knitvengeance, I am sorry but the Adobe Support Advisor was discontinued several years ago.  Please check the installation logs to determine why Creative Suite 6 is failing to install on the new computer.  For information on how to review the installation logs see Troubleshoot install issues with log files in Adobe Creative Suite (CS6, CS5.5, CS5), PS Elements, a... .
