Hello,

I tried to install Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 on my MacBook Air, but it won't start. It tells me to download Adobe Support Advisor which is not even available anymore.

How will I be able to install it nontheless?

Thank you

Adobe Support advisor  was used to collect the log files for Adobe programs and it is not available now.
Check complete error message. Install Adobe - Adobe Application Manager : For Macintosh : Adobe Application Manager in case
Error is ''Installer failed to initialize''.

I have a problem because i have the files to install PS CS6, and I used to have it all done, but i have to format my computer and my PS and adobe support adivisor just went away. And now I´m trying to re-intal my PS with the files that I already have and it asked me for me the Adobe Support Advisor, and I just need that but realize it's been taken off the internet and i don't know how to make my PS work again without the Adobe.

Did something else work for that? or what can we do to solve the problem?

Because PS is asking me for that Adobe support advisor, so i can install what i already have of PS files.

Please I need help with these.
