the support link on the website is recursive, you ask for more support and it folds back on itself, linking you to the same place, never providing a link to adobe support.
Your answer is ironic as it did exactly what the OP complained about, takes you to the page saying how can we help and then not provide a way to chat or call. Unbelievable. Never seen worse customer service......
No, that doesn't work either. Black letters say Chat with an agent but you can not click on them. Two other links take you to help screens that put you right back into the loop of no help.....

I don't get any chat box at all very annoying it only takes me to the page where all the FAQs are and no way to contact anyone!!!

Why do you make it so hard to contact real staff?
Is it because premiere is so riddled with bugs that it would be non-stop and you'd need support staff of hundreds of thousands of people?
