He instalaeo Adobe Xd CC correctamente pero cuando lo quiero abrir se queda en blanco y se cierra. ¿Cómo soluciobo este problema?

Mi ordenador es un MSI CX61 2QC, tarjeta grafica NVIDIA GeForce.

Ya tenía Windows10 64 bit, ese no era el problema. Pero encontré la solución para windows en el siguiente enlace Adobe XD shows white screen after launch and crashes on Windows

En mi caso ninguna de las soluciones propuestas ha funcionado. Un fin de semana entero revisando y probando todo lo que se aconseja en los foros y nada. He optado por desinstalar todo y buscar otra herramienta.

Me parece increible que Adobe lleve dos años sin resolver estos problemas y se desentienda de los usuarios planteando este tipo de soluciones.

El problema persiste. No me ocurre siempre, pero de tanto en tanto no hay modo. La ùnica manera es desinstalar XD y volver a instalarlo. Un desastre.

you should try posting in the xd forum.  they may have info on known causes/solutions (eg, antivirus apps).
