Adobe Year Long Membership Expire Prematurely
Last year i purchased a year long license last year that was activated June 19, 2016, and is set to expire March 13, 2018. A couple weeks ago, however, my access to the Creative Cloud apps has been cut off, as though the membership has expired, which it hasn't. Since then, there has been an option to start a free trial on each app. I started a free trial for Adobe Animate and Premiere Pro so I could use them. After the trial was over, I would click on either of these apps, and then a window would pop up saying "Validating Software License" with a loading circle that would loop continuously until the window disappeared. After it did disappear, however, it would pop up again and this would cycle infinitely. It's been a couple weeks now and the issue still remains. I've looked around and have not found a solution to this problem. Any solutions?
