I do not have any creative cloud subscriptions. and the adobe software I own (Master Suite CS5.5, LR 3 & 6, and Elements 11 - PS & Pr) are no longer being supported by Adobe.

Is it safe to remove adobeAAMUpdater-1.0 from my startup?

I am running windows 10

AAMUpdater did updates, there have not been updates to any of your apps for many years. So you probably don't need it. (Tip: It is fortunate that these old apps still run in Windows 10. As Windows 10 is constantly updated, we can be fairly sure they will stop working sometime without warning.)

Old applications? I purchased Lightroom 6 in 2017.

Thankfully Microsoft doesn't aim to break software. I am still using Office 2007 in windows 10 without any issues.
