Adobetemp Folder location on mac

I can't update my Aftereffects and Premiere pro, I get the 127 Error message.

Everywhere I look it says to change the adobetemp folder permission.

I can't find anywhere on google on where the adobetemp folder is located on MAC.

Please help.

Hi Ivan,

Its located on the root location and is hidden so its named as .adobeTemp, see the screenshot from my MAC
