Advanced CS3 offline activation [CS3 is dead]

Understand CS3 dead. But I need use it, Total via TLP purchase 25 Licenses.
Now, some user computer need repair/recover that harddisk. after done, Is it possible copy other user ( still working that CS3 computer)  to new computer?
I found

Windows:

/Program Files/Common Files/Adobe/Adobe PCD

/Program Files/Common Files/Adobe/caps

/Program Files/Common Files/Adobe/backup

, copy that files, is it possible, and without activation?

what is that CS4 Deployment Package Specification

I check use that tools, rebulid offline activion version.

There is no such thing as offline activation.  And the online activation servers are physically gone.  Nobody can help you with this.  Sorry.

 

It strikes me odd that a company would have any interest in discontinued, unsupported software from 11 years ago.  A lot has changed since then.  A modern replacement would be a Creative Cloud for Teams plan.

Not to speak of the threat of using old software with old unpatched vulnerabilities.

Needing to use it does not make it any less dead. No you cannot simply copy licensing info to another computer. Adobe went to a lot of trouble to protect their licenses from simple copying.
