I am using Windows 7, OS 64 bit

Also, the Adobe Creative Cloud link on my desktop: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Creative Cloud\ACC\Creative Cloud.exe" --appletID=HomePanel_BL --appletVersion=1.0 does not works.
