Is it definitely installed, or just sitting in your download folder?  What operating system are you using?  If a flavour of Windows, go to Control Panel > Programs and features, and see if Photoshop appears in the installed programs list.  Or just click on the Start button and type Photoshop.

Hi dennis, I did that. Typed Photoshop and its not even coming anywhere. but in my creative cloud account, it says I have photoshop installed but my computer couldnt even locate it anywhere. It is so frustrating.

This show that I have it installed but I really couldnt locate it. I restart my computer too to see if it wil make any difference but no luck
