Hi. I hope this won't sound naive or completely uninformed but I have a dell Inspiron 530. Would I be able to use Adobe Premiere and After Effects on my computer?

Vista has not been supported by Adobe for a long time. You need at least Windows 7.

However, operating system aside, your computer sounds too old and lacking in power to run Premiere Pro and After Effects which are amongst Adobe's most demanding products for hardware.

Even Premiere Elements requires Windows 7 and fast hardware.

Hello:  Just found out yesterday my there are no new drivers for my Quadro 2000.  So I cannot use multi-cam beyond 3 cameras in Premiere Pro CC 2019  and I don't know what I'm going to lose in After Effects when I replace this card.  I remember when I bought the card Ray-Tracing and 3 D for After Effects was all the rage and my card had to be CUDA enabled.  Now I am hearing Ray-Tracing is kaput.  Does anyone know if 3-D effects will come back to After Effects in some other form?   Or do I have it all wrong and Ray-Tracing is alive and well?

Most important question is, what is the minimum I need in a replacement graphics card to make it compatible with Premiere Pro (and how many GB VRAM) AND After Effects.  \

Any help greatly appreciated.
