I bought After Effects about a month ago. Then I tried to download it to my computer. Clicking the download button will open the Creative Cloud page asking you to log in. After selecting the account to log in, another page will appear.
However, there is buffering and the installation cannot proceed further. If you refresh in this state, a message asking you to wait and run appears, but it does not run even if you wait. You'll see a link asking you to log in, but when you log in from there it says that it's an unregistered email address. At the top, it says your computer is offline. Internet connection is always good, but I don't know why. What should I do?
If it still does not resolve and you keep getting the unregistered email error then contacting support would be a good idea. To contact support follow the instructions given below 1. Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen 2. Wait a bit on the page that opens up, it should automatically open a chat popup. If that does not happen then look for a call out/chat icon at the bottom right, click over it and the chat popup should open 3. In order to talk to a human type "AGENT" in the chat box 4. If you are not able to get to the chat window, then disable your adblockers, firewall, enable cookies/scripts on your browser. If it still fails then change your browser/machine/network.
