See above, this is my problem. Illustrator was not working properly. So I wanted to sync to the latest version but then cc did not work either.
Then after several tries I used the Adobe Cleaner to delete all Adobe programms. But now CC says everytime that the CC app is old or corrupt and that I need to install the latest version. But I did. 6x already.
Can somebody help please!

uninstall your cc programs and the cc desktop app using the uninstallers.
clean per Use the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems
restart your computer.
clear your adobe.com cookies.
go here and download the cc desktop app, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud
install the cc app and use it to install your cc programs.

I did what you informed with result: ERROR: The Process with PID 2264 could not be terminated.
REASON: Tehtävästä ei ole esiintymää. (No visual of the job)

I'm still not able to use the programms. Still the same probelem. CC askes everytime that I install CC again.
I tried all the solution here aviable. So who can help?!
