after the update to cc 2015 im blocked out! i can not use anything anymore. Any one knows how it works?

I have an account till march 2016,

but after the update i m blocked out.

Who knows what to do?

Are you sure that you are using correct Adobe Id to login to Creative Cloud, you may check: https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html . Make sure you check the hosts file.

That is the point I do not get a message.

I can not get into Photoshop and the cloud.

Because adobe does not recognize me anymore after update to cc 2015

Adobe does not recognize my code i used a few months ago.

Adobe says there is no abonnement with this id.

But if i look in my account its still ok till end of march 2016

Have you checked the hosts file as mentioned in Sign in, activation, or connection errors | CS5.5 and later, Acrobat DC‌? Kindly paste the screenshot of hosts file if possible.


I do not get it done.

the try version of photoshop cc 2015 is also not working ..
