All apps are crashing macOS 10.14.3

After updated to macOS 10.14.3 having lots of trouble. Started when I tried to backup an old LR catalogue before backup it just stalls at beginning and all other apps can't start. It seemed to mess up with finder too, so I tried to delete finder plist with no result. Yesterday was working fine on Premiere and left it open. Just came back and saved the file and it froze upon saving and I had to force quit the app. And then no adobe would open anymore. I have to restart the machine. This is giving me so much trouble, I can't work properly and wasting a lot of time on this.

all apps are updated. 2019. Also realised that although force quitting the froze process was still on the Activity monitor. After a few clicks to end process It did. But it still can't open other adobe apps.

Update: I had just restarted the machine. Just opened LR and started working. Just editing, regular stuff. After one hour working the development panel stopped working. Its not totally frozen but can't do anything. I force quit it. And it can't be relaunched.
